Abstract


With the rapid development of the wireless communication and information technology, people are referring more and more in their work and study life about the wireless network, such as Internet browsing, data transfer and so on. Using wireless communications in intelligent patrol system can help to improve the effect of task downloading and task results uploading, avoiding the constraints imposed by the wired communication, and shorten the work cycle of the inspection work. On one hand, the patrol staff no longer need to carry the transmission line while they are working, on the other hand, with the help of patrol terminal system, the staff can pass the collected data back to the server in anytime and anywhere, having not to go back to the server location to complete the data task returned by the operation. Exchanging data with the server through wireless communication reduces the geographical and spatial limitations of the inspection work, helping to improve the efficiency of inspection work.In this paper, it discussed how to use the Android system based mobile devices combining with wireless networks to establish a flexible, reliable and intelligent patrol system, as well as a certain amount of research in wireless networks and Web services in the application of intelligent patrol system. After the actual inspection business needs of the electricity industry research combined with the provisions of the national industry standardized document of the inspection business and parameters, it designed business processes and functions of the intelligent patrol system. Secondly, it introduced the Android operating system programming used in intelligent patrol system, and conducted a study on how to use the RFID system. Detailed modular design and implementation process of the inspection terminal system at the end of the paper. As well as summarizing the features and advantages of this system, and also the place to be improved of the system.
