Abstract


Universities logistic socialization reform has experienced more than 10 years , colleges and universities at all levels of government -led plan , step by step, carried out a series of logistical social reform , and made ??important progress , some of the more successful empirical models being phased in . University Logistics move out of the administration of the school system , the widespread introduction of enterprise management mode , entity formation and operation of logistics services , construction and management of student apartments and cafeteria , college logistic procurement and distribution of supplies , logistics socialization reform funds mobilization has made remarkable achievements . However, the college logistic socialization reform was not fully able to meet the requirements of China 's higher education reform and development , there is still a considerable distance away from the ultimate goal of the reform . Low logistics market, the degree of the government's macro - control efforts ; schools choose there are more missing ; logistics entity over-reliance on the school . These problems lead to poor of logistic entity the social quality tertiary industry team difficult into the school , markets a variety of monopoly still exists , efficiency and equity objectives can not be fully realized . The paper first a brief overview of the logistical and social reform , and universities logistical resources , college logistic socialization concept .
