Abstract


Over the past decade, China's local colleges and universities in the popularization of higher education in the development process, to meet the enrollment continues to expand the scale of the need to enrich a large number of young teachers. The Young Teachers are important wealth, the level of professional development for young teachers directly affect the sustainable development of the local colleges and universities, and to build the institutional system to support the professional development of young teachers school development is one of the important safeguards to promote the professional development of young teachers. Local young college teachers 'professional development needs? Current system of local young college teachers' professional development support system how? Local colleges and universities how to build a support system of professional development system for young teachers? Issues are worth studying. This study attempts to answer these questions. This study analyzes the place of young college teachers 'professional development stage, the importance of the elements as well as demand, to lay the theoretical foundation for building the school system of local young college teachers' professional development support system. Then the author also self questionnaire the interview outline support for the professional development of young teachers college of Guangxi investigation, provide practice material for the school system to build local young college teachers' professional development support system. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the introduction, which includes four aspects. First, the reason and significance of the research, the number of young university teachers from the process of popularization of higher education development in China soared background, the elaborate study theoretical and practical significance of the building of local young college teachers' professional development school system support system; second is a literature review through the analysis of research on teacher development support system at home and abroad, while certainly the results of previous studies, found that local young college teachers' professional development support system to be perfect: three important concepts for this study involved analysis; goals, ideas and methods of the study. The second part of the theoretical analysis of the local young college teachers' professional development.
