Abstract


Era of knowledge economy in the21st century, knowledge become an extremelyimportant resource, how to fully utilize the existing knowledge, how to be transferring andsharing knowledge within the enterprise and between enterprises, that is an importantproblem that concerned the corporate leadership, that is also a major challenge that plaguedknowledge managers.In recent years, with the rapid development of IT, especially network technology,communication technology, and computer technology continues to progress, that isproviding technical support for enterprise knowledge management, and with cloudcomputing model, any form of applications that can exist in the form of services, it providea new perspective about enterprise’ knowledge management. This article study how topromote the sharing and application of knowledge within the enterprise and betweenenterprises’ knowledge services based on cloud computing environment, the main worksinclude the following:1. Build a conceptual model of knowledge services based on cloud computingenvironment. On the basis of service-oriented architecture and combined with the cloudcomputing system, This article is to build enterprise knowledge services architecturebased on cloud computing environment, and further to analysis the four key technologiesfor cloud computing system of the knowledge services, that is to provide technicalsupport with enterprise knowledge services system.2. Knowledge service description based on cloud environment. This article introducethe two existing ontology-based service description model, the WSDL service descriptionmodel and the OWL-S service description model, and analyze knowledge servicedescription mode based on OWL-S and its file’ structure.3. Knowledge service discovery based on cloud computing environment. To introduceservice discovery mechanism, it includes the service matching and service binding. Thereare three kind of matching model and algorithm. They are the matching model offunctional properties and the matching model of basic properties and the matching modelof non-functional properties, the three models combine together can help customer to findthe best service, and a brief analysis of the service binding mechanism. 4. Knowledge service quality evaluation based on cloud computing environment. Thearticle is to build a service performance evaluation index system based on cloud computingenvironment, and select the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for serviceperformance evaluation, it provide a reference for enterprise knowledge services’ providerand knowledge services’ requester.
