Abstract

In the field of education, teachers' professional development of teaching ability along with the transformation from teacher education to teacher education and the growing concern for the education sector, because it really is the key to the development of education. Primary and secondary education is our country's basic education, the future personnel training plays an important role. With the implementation of the new curriculum standards, modern sports teaching into the knowledge and information, and the ability of the period, the same time, the change of name and the target of physical education curriculum, the primary and secondary school physical education a qualitative change. Therefore, to enhance the physical education teachers on a correct understanding of the level of classroom teaching ability, strengthen the training of sports teachers in the classroom teaching ability, not only improve the quality of physical education teaching requirements to achieve the requirements of the Physical Education Reform. Article as an object of study physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools to 1500 randomly selected 11 cities in Zhejiang Province, Wenzhou, Jinhua and other five cities, set the physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang Province classroom teaching ability questionnaire, based on class asked the order in the classroom teaching ability teaching preparation before class ability, teaching practical ability and after-school teaching lesson summarizes three secondary indicators of the ability to reflect, 25 three indicators, so as to establish a classroom teaching ability index system, and the indicators from the degree of importance, their own lack of constraints and the current development pathway level, to do a detailed analysis of differentiation. The results show that: (1) classroom teaching ability important degree of teachers' academic level aspects of rendering extremely significant with differences; titles aspects presented very significant difference; school class and age presented significant differences, in the region, seniority and gender without significantly with differences. Presents very significant differences in classroom teaching ability of their own lack of degree school class, age and seniority; show a very significant difference in the gender aspects of teachers; presented a significant difference in terms of qualifications, no significant differences in the regional and titles. (2) the constraints analysis results show that: the classroom teaching ability in five school class, age, education, job title and seniority showed a very significant difference, there was no significant difference in the region and gender. (3) development pathway analysis results show that: the classroom teaching ability presents very significant differences in seniority in the school category and age showed significant difference in the areas of education, job title and gender were no significant differences. At the same time based on the results of the analysis, drawing classroom teaching ability most lacking Tables and Zhejiang Province of PE teachers' classroom teaching ability development system diagram, on the lack of reason and capacity development to do a superficial analysis.
