Abstract


The research results show that , not from the bottom of heart enthusiastic participation and positive attitude of the teachers , and all education reform and training efforts will become the form of failed . Teachers' professional development from the beginning of , to date , people come to realize this point . Countries around the world now have the attention of the teacher development focused on teachers ' self-experience and self-development , which means that teachers no longer a social requirement , but the teachers' self- manifestation of the value of life . The starting point for the development of teacher autonomy is to inspire teachers to generate awareness of independent development , awareness of self-development is a the teacher autonomy a prerequisite for development and beginning . This study through interviews of a rural middle school teachers , surveys and classroom observations , and overall grasp of the teacher professional development course , to select depth description of important events in various stages , to restore the real situation of rural junior middle school teachers analysis and interpretation of the formation process of the development of consciousness of rural junior high school teacher autonomy . In this study, narrative research method , through in-depth description of the rural teachers from teaching experience , understand the confusion in teacher development , to listen to their voices , to study the formation process of its own development of consciousness . The study results showed : the conscious elements of teacher autonomy , teacher autonomy development conditions of consciousness , teacher self-development stage of consciousness and influencing factors . The results show that teacher autonomy development of consciousness in the formation process , must be accompanied by teachers ' self-awareness , awareness of teachers' roles as well as the self - conscious generation of teachers , development and development is to some extent in the development of three kinds of consciousness . intersection appears ; formation of teachers ' sense of autonomy is spawned under certain conditions of the internal and external causes , and specific performance of the difficulties encountered by the teachers in the development and approach plight ; cultural conflict ; conditions of their own personality ; teacher autonomy the formation of consciousness into the unconscious stage show stage features , preconscious stage , a stage of consciousness and awareness stage ; formation of teachers ' awareness of self-development is also affected by a number of factors , achievement motivation of teachers , teachers' self-efficacy sense as well as factors such as teacher professional identity .
