Abstract


The4S sale mode, including vehicle sale (Sale), parts supply (Supply), after-sales service (Service) and information feedback (Survey), is the major sale mode which is adopted by auto brand producers in the domestic auto market. By allowing auto dealers to sell specified productions in some region, the auto producers have succeeded in managing the sale ways, drumbeating ways, service standards and sale flows while their autos are sold by their dealers. In this paper, the Auto Sale Management System for4S dealers, which is a kind of Information Management System, can help the users to manage and track their business effectively, to get important product information and share data quickly as well as to promote work efficiency. Meanwhile, the system has also provided extending space for the dealers to sale autos online.First, this paper introduces the research background、significance of the subject and some techniques, such as AJAX technology and its realization framework———jQuery、Struts technology as well as Web Services technology, which have been used while developing the system. Then the system’s user case model is carried out by analyzing the dealer’s business workflows of vehicle selling、product procurement、secondhand-car bargaining and warehouse management and so on, which is the reference to the design of the system’s function modules. After that, aims of the system development、function modules that the system should offer、database tables that is indispensable to run the system as well as the system’s architecture are given out according to the requirement analysis. While developing the system, the front-end interface of the system, along with the business logic run at the back-end are designed based on the JAVA platform by using the framework which is suitable for server programming———Struts and the popular AJAX framework———jQuery. The powerful plug-in mechanism of jQuery enables web applications to be used as simple as a desktop application. Finally, integration requirements of the system, along with a simple realization method are also referred to in this paper. The functions in each module of Auto Sale Management System for4S Dealers have been basically completed and passed through testing. Both the system’s cross-platform and, to a certain extent, the well-interaction between users and system are ensured。
