Abstract


With the popularization of computer technology, information technology and the concept of intelligent in-depth in all areas of society, there are more and more demand for software.users hopes software can help them to do the most of the work. This led to the current software developed by the increasing scale, function and structure more and more complex. To address these issues, the industry use project management solution in place of the previous manual management to manage development projects.SPIF(Software Process Integration Framework) is based on the CMM/CMMI models, supporting software development life cycle process management tool. The schedule of the system is responsible for management of schedules, and provides a variety of functions for the management of the project schedule.The schedule was developed10years ago, there are many deficiencies:much data but little useful information, poor ease of use and maneuverability. For these reasons, the team decides to use the Gantt chart to develop new schedule.The new schedule based on Gantt-chart has a good interface to facilitate the user’s understanding and easy to operate.It uses a standard three-tier structure, combined with the Ajax, html, JQuery and JQuery UI and other advanced technology to develop the schedule, so that the subsystem has good maintainability. After that, our team completes the integration testing, and then realise schedule subsystem with SPIF seamless integration.
