Abstract


Because oil community special geographical and historical reasons,oil companieshave to bear the functions of community services and social security, survival anddevelopment of the community is directly related to the stability and development of oilfields, for this study The purpose of the Community status quo by Shengli Oilcommunity analysis to identify problems, to find a feasible path of development, andpromote community development.After Summarize the development of community-based management system, thekey modules based on J2EE distributed development model combining system based onJ2EE architecture design. Network and computer systems technology and relatedresources can reduce the labor intensity of the development staff to ensure the timelyexchange of information and improve the efficiency of the office of community-basedfunctions, and promote community management of the standardization, standardizationprocesses, the number of oil fields lay the foundation of community building.Community-based management for integrate community resources to meet theneeds of the community residents’ physical and spiritual aspects, to promote improvedquality of life for community residents, and expand democracy at the grassroots level, topromote community coordination and sustainable development. In order to improve thelevel of community information, it need to develop a set of simple to usecommunity-based management information system for community work and businessprocesses.Firstly, analy status of community management, describes the current researchstatus and current problems of the system design objectives and design principles; thenusing the MVC design pattern and the overall framework and building blocks analysis;On the Eclipse development platform, the Java programming language, developed keymodules support of the community management system module, the key functionalblocks required by the system; the community management system The main design ofinformation systems were introduced to further validate the effectiveness of the system development work.The key modules with good portability and scalability, including the externalapplication interface and data interface, and for future expansion, can meet the needs ofsmall and medium-sized community management based on key modules, This will helpimprove the management of other oil community system development and the level ofinformation system.
