Abstract


With the development of e-commerce, the traditional bank financing waygradually blends in the e-commerce platform, especially the establishment ofcommodity trading platform creates opportunities for supply chain financing betweenbanks and enterprises transferring to e-commerce platform. The purpose of this thesisis, based on a commodity trading platform, bring the platform operators, traders andbanks into play, realizes the financing transactions between traders and banks. Traderscan apply for relevant financing trades on the trading platform, banks directly deal withtransactions for the customers according to the appliance and the customers’ actualsituation. The three parts can inquires the relevant financing transactions through theplatform. The set up of this system greatly improves the efficiency of traders applyingfor financing, also can guarantee financing bank relevant formalities, ensure the safetyof the funds, and help increase service channels for platform traders, realizingmulti-win-win situation.This thesis, Based on Huashang commodity trading platform as the background,together with the agriculture bank business staff, design and implement the onlinefinancing subsystem. The system first introduced the related theory and backgroundknowledge, through a detailed introduction of the system feasibility analysis, processanalysis and functional analysis, puts forward the overall design idea and the functionmodule design method, and the main module function realization, finally summarizesthe full text, and presents some improved methods.The online financing system this thesis discussing about began its trial operation inthe second half of2012, the system operated normally, has totally managed with37financing transactions, each function can meet the design requirements. The work ofthis thesis helps to online financing platform development design, and supply referencevalue for how to introduce the design of the fund settlement aspects.
