Abstract


Modern enterprises from the traditional to function as the basis of organization andoperation mechanism of transformation for process centered management model. The whole system development and design by needsanalysis system design system implementation-system testing several steps, in order tocomplete production management program development and design of informationsystem. The system based on the phases of a project management information collecting,editing, business association control of correct processing, standardization of functionaldesign, to establish the function complete, the trunk is clear, each business modulecohesion of clear, smooth; database organization science, reasonable; systemperformance good project management application system. At the same time, theestablishment and the related institutions, departments of the various forms ofinformation exchange mechanism, and the system of the information exchange, highaccuracy, and good consistency.
