Abstract


The training-business of higher vocational colleges constantly developed. Trainingmission increases along with the training programs, training personnel and trainingfacilities. In order to manage these resources and improve the training quality, we muststrengthen the management of the training program. The traditional paper trainingproject management work cannot satisfy the needs of the modern management, so it isnecessary to develop effective management software, in order to improve the efficiencyof management. This paper research how to effectively plan and manage trainingprograms problems from the higher vocational colleges training project managementperspective, and achieve a set of higher vocational colleges training project managementsystem.This paper first briefly summarizes and analyzes the present situation of training inour school, domestic and overseas. In combination with our actual situation, we carryon the thorough analysis to the project, discuss the advantage of B/S/S three layerframeworks in the project development, and do a brief introduction to the relatedtechnologies.Secondly we analyze the basic function of training project management system, thedetailed design of the various functional modules, and realize. And then we completethe system database design, and use MySQL database as a development platform torealize the basic function of the database and role management. At last, based on theB/S/S framework we complete the training project management system and the systemtest.In this paper, through learning Chinese and foreign training management advancedexperience, researching the higher vocational colleges operation rule, fusing theinformation technology into the higher vocational colleges training project management,we finally designed a set of higher vocational colleges training project managementsystem. This system facilitates social training personnel for online learning, highervocational college management department for teaching management, assessment andevaluation. The system provides a powerful data support for fair evaluation and accurate analysis to training personnel.
