Abstract


The office management is an important day-to-day work of modern enterprises. Many organizations, however, the office management is still stuck in the traditional mode, cost a lot of manpower and material resources. Although the computer and the network have spread widely, but daily office management works can not be completed rapidly and accurately. In this way, a lot of computer resources can not be efficiently utilized. Therefore, to establish a fast, efficient office automation system is necessary.This thesis mainly introduces the development process of an office automation system. Based on.NET platform and the B/S three layers architecture, the system is developed using Microsoft Visual Studio2005development tools, SQL database server, and using the C#language. The office automation system is implemented in B/S mode. The system function includes setup and modification of personal information, document management, announcement, human resources management, the allocation of user rights. All system data are stored in one database. The system has high efficient and fast query. The tests show that the system meets the needs of users, reduces the work pressure, and improve the work efficiency.The thesis first describes the project background, system development purposes and subjects, and gives the paper structure arrangement. Then, the thesis describes the technology used in system development. In the part of the system analysis, it first introduces the system functions and system development environment, then gives a system-level data flow diagram. In part of system design, it first introduces the overall design of the system, then the division of the overall design of a good module design described in detail. In the final database design, the ER diagram and database tables are given. In the system implementation part, the concrete implementation of the various modules is described in detail. In the system test part, the test results are then given. Finally, thesis works are summarized, and the next step works are given.
