With the further development and wide application of information technology, it comes atime when our country promote the education informatization construction, prompting theschool into the construction of campus office automation system, shifting the complex andinefficient way of traditional office, and helping daily office get away from paper office andartificial process way, implementing the new media environment, high quality, high efficientintegration of collaborative office.Take the Guangdong University of Finance as an example, based on analyzing thecurrent situation of the development of office automation system at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of the school office automation, this paper introduces thecampus of the secondary development of office automation system research andimplementation process.The main researches of this paper are as follows:(1) Introducing the concept of officeautomation system and the research status at home and abroad, giving its network,intelligence, human nature, the development trend of mobile, platform to illustrate the topicresearch significance, research contents and research methods;(2) Further introducing the.netrelated technologies, the paper expounds the basic framework and the advantage of ASP.NET,briefly describes the characteristics of the C#programming language and SQL Serverrelational database management system of knowledge, the advantage of B/S structuredevelopment pattern, and carries on the secondary development of relevant specification.(3)In combination with the practical situation of Guangdong university of Finance, using theobject-oriented analysis method of campus office automation system which has carried on thedemand analysis, this paper expounds the design principle of the system, each functionalmodule of the system has carried on the summary design. System model is established byusing UML technology.(4) On the basis of the system function module division, this paperintroduces the system detailed design and implementation of each functional module, mainlyincluding the system database design, architectural design, and function module implementsthe key details.(5) Through the system function and performance test, the test results showthat the system can meet the needs of the school.(6) Finally there is a summary on theresearch of this topic, and the next phase of the research direction.Currently this system has been put into operation, realizing the office automation andstreamline. To some extent it improves the efficiency and quality of the school office, andvigorously promotes the education informatization processes.
