Abstract

Therefore, the computer information technology in the electric power enterprise management to get more and more wide application, for the electric power enterprise’s development will provide new power.But the purchasing power ERP management subsystem is primarily responsible for the purchasing power ERP system of management module, also is one of the core module, purchasing management module in relation to the purchasing department can rely on information technology to improve the work efficiency of enterprise high an important basis for making the ERP system development of purchasing management is based on the three typical MVC framework of C/S application, subsystem according to the function classification is divided into relatively independent but and related seven parts, its development mainly includes procurement plan management, public bidding, the purchase management, the material quality management, warehouse management, reporting data and other, etc. System USES process oriented design ideas, detailed description of the main modules business flow chart, the analysis system concerns are related to the entity object and the modules of the major business functions, purchasing and supply management power ERP system is a small percentage. Mainly for the enterprise in the procurement department of management subsystem, the system implementation as separate a small system development, then using c#of system and realize, for the ERP system provides the necessary function interface, ensure the normal running of power ERP system.Purchasing management subsystem is simple and easy for operation, comprehensive functions, and information retrieval convenient and fast, high reliability, high security, low cost advantages, can achieve purchasing and supply management normalization, the scientific management, the true power of the department of ERP system information management. Use Windows based purchasing management system greatly reduce the workload of the management, greatly improves the efficiency of material purchasing management, be helpful for the electric power enterprise information construction and management, have important economic value and social value.
