Abstract


The tax law enforcement responsibility management information system is a law enforcement surveillance management system. This System is based on tax collection management system, the tax law and the informatization. According to monitor and analysis the whole process tax law enforcement officials’ daily enforcement action, the system could realize the full automatic management of monitoring, evaluation and tax enforcement fault accountability. The tax law enforcement responsibility management information system includes fallow functions:indicator monitoring, comprehensive tax collection and management system data monitoring, automatic evaluation, fault defend, fault investigate, statistics, law enforcement bulletin and comprehensive appraisal.This paper combined with the current status of the tax law enforcement responsibility management information system. Firstly, Introduced the technologies and knowledge related to the tax law enforcement responsibility management information system. Expounded the management information system, database technologies and database management system in detail. Secondly, analysised the function, process and the modules of the system. Introduced the running mode of the system. Finally, Illustrated the modular design of the system. Definituded the function of the system. We planed to develop that system with the "C Sharp" language. According to the research design and making, summarized and put forward the prospects.This system is based on the "B/S" mode, adopt the structuring analysis method, in the purpose of people foremost, try our best to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the taxpayer while the law enforcement personnel being fair punishment. In order to increase law enforcement personnels’ working enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, purificate the tax law environment, ensure the national tax legitimacy.
