Abstract


With the expansion of businesses, the key point of improving the competitivenessis the business operations support systems (Business&Operation Support System)construction status. Business Operation Support System focused on the strategicsignificance of collective customers, in terms of collective customers to establish aneffective sales agent channel, it can pull the construction of enterprise information, therapid adoption of collective business. Beijing Mobile "information specialists" strategicmarket positioning, marking Beijing Mobile operators transition from simplecommunication to build the backbone of the goal of building information society for allusers in theenterprise to provide a full range of information technology services.From past telecom operators the main operations include income, spending,business, etc. The previous state of the telecommunications service types and businessoperations as a an island split between the state, the information is not uniform.Telecomoperators in the past to deal with when dealing with links, processing cycle is long, etc,to the enterprise’s own efficiency greatly reduce profits. Such as customers in theconduction business, from applying to the operators to profit among this process oftentakes several months. This value for users and profits for telecom operators should beattention.In this paper, we design the main objective of Beijing mobile provide BBOSS asoperators of business operation support system. BBOSS system contains three parts:CRM systems, billing systems, financial systems.Objects are discussed in this paper isthe billing function in the system, billing function mainly realizes the Beijing mobile touse comprehensive business service of all users in the grid to produce costcalculation.By higher automation system was carried out on the cost calculation and thecorresponding business processing, thus reducing human interference. This articlefocuses on classification and modeling for billing related data flow, in order to build aconvenient telecommunication enterprise cost calculation and the function ofaccounting system.In this thesis, the main task is to design and implement the Accounting System, and the Accounting System is the core of the BBOSS.In system stability, the billingsystem server environment is based on a UNIX operating system, operated by UNIXconsole, there is no specific operating interface for the users. External interaction withsystem data mainly through FTP, file upload through unified path billed to waiting to beprocessed in the system.System development mainly USES including computertechnology, C++, PL/SQL, etc. According to the theory of software engineeringrequires a corresponding testing system each development step, the result of the testdesign conforms to the demand analysis of system requirements.
