Abstract


Each enterprises and public institutions in our country is migrating its office environment, management and service functions to Internet to finish by using high and new technology such as computer and network, surpassing the network time, space, and department of the limitation of space to provide an efficient, high quality, standard, transparent and comprehensive control management and service to related groups.Wth the development of informatization construction, the construction of electronic information has become the inevitable trend and important way to increase efficiency of the enterprises and institutions, and is the main task of Sichuan vocational and technical college to programme. Through established a complete comprehensive office system on campus on-line,making full use of the existing network resources,it builds erative work platform for teachers and students and provides information service for leadership decision-making and authorities.This thesis mainly discusses the necessity of cooperation office system construction and the specific design and implementation of this system of Sichuan vocational and technical college.This thesis illustrates cooperation system construction and application of office on the basis of Contrasting the campus information office mode and traditional office mode; analyzing the influence of network cooperation office mode to traditional office mode, expounding the necessity of information office. This thesis combines actual situation of this college and proposes the specific solutions office system of cooperation system through requirement analysis by using the object-oriented analysis method and discussing the application of system safety. The writer hopes this thesis will help Sichuan vocational and technical college promote the management effect and offer much better service for teachers and students.
