Abstract


As web service technology development, more and more system of browser/serveror client/server used for the construction of government information, The IT system andbusiness process. But the old two techniques can‘t satisfy the high demands ondiversityand flexibility of users. When the system‘s function module needs to be changed, thatmay take more manpower and material resources and the time to do. It is a kind ofwaste of doing that. SOA is a standard of designing in the computing environment,development, application management of distributed logic(service), this decided systemof SOA more extensive, and system of SOA is more easy to maintain, high availabilityand better scalability.This article analysis the shortcoming of system architecture that used in building ainformation system usually, Faced with the lack of flexibility, it suggests thatgovernment could use SOA to set up project‘s information and credit-sharedinformation system. This paper analyses system s requirement, use theory andtechnology of SOA to designs system architecture and make use of service orientedmodeling architecture to plan service interface and service modeling. My paperintroduces the process of SOA-based system of implementation, descript theimplementation and design of main business module.Lastly, it completes the functional test of system, especially completes the text ofmajor business module. Meantime, through experiment, it analyses and finds out acorrelation between number of online people and responding time of system, and arelationship between throughput of system and number of online people. Theexperiment proves the new system could satisfy all user‘s needs and achieve theexpected goals and putted into use already.
