Abstract


With the development of the times of the progress of society, drug use and the development of more and more quickly. But it is in this case, there have been a number of major injury events. It also enables people on drugs will harm the human body awareness deepened, the safety of drugs, more and more attention. Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center Management System generates, enhance the monitoring bodies ability to respond to the event of adverse drug reactions. But because of the actual situation of the grass-roots work in the run National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System inconvenience, we demand from the grass-roots work of the staff, the main contents of the study include:1. Development Zone level drugs based on B/S structure adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring network management system, system maintenance and adverse reactions reported data structured on the basis of statistical analysis and report generation functions. District-level ADR monitoring network management system with the national ADR monitoring system docking, to achieve the effective management of the area of pharmaceutical production, operation, and use of monitoring bodies and related statements.The paper firstly introduces the basic concept of adverse drug reactions and harmfulness of the foreign developed countries, the adverse drug reaction monitoring mechanism are outlined, and analyzes the present research situation of our country, the three to establish a management system of drug adverse reactions in district or county level of significance; expatiates the basic system development method in this and related technologies; on the basis of analysis of background, has carried on the detailed demand analysis, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non functional requirements, eight function modules of adverse reaction of drugs management system of Longyang District was determined; according to the composition of demand analysis part of the system function module determines the thesis, overall design, detailed function module design and database design of the system, and use UML model diagram are given each design phase of the design idea and chart, detailed data and cases are illustrated for each design, the final paper design entity relationship data system, completed the design database system; finally, the article summarizes the contents of the paper, my main Work, points out the deficiencies of this paper, and the further work is prospected.
