Abstract


In recent years, with the deepening of the new curriculum, the school-based training has become a major part of the teachers' continuing education. However, due to the region between the unbalanced nature of the level of development between the school, so the quality of school-based training varies greatly, accompanying evaluation system in urgent need of a scientific and flexible. However, the current school-based training evaluation system is not yet perfect, only a small number of schools to develop the evaluation of the characteristics of the school-based training program to test the effectiveness of school-based training, the majority of the school evaluation system basically follows the traditional method of teacher evaluation. Build a school-based training is consistent characteristics and contribute to the evaluation of teachers and schools to double the development of school-based training system is particularly important. In this paper, teachers' professional development standards as the starting point, the Hangzhou area of ??evaluation of school-based training on the basis of consolidation, the results of previous studies, surveys, analysis, further studies to establish school-based training for the professional development of teachers evaluation criteria, and on this basis to build school-based training evaluation system for teachers' professional development standards suitable demand for teachers in different professional development stage, the system including: the implementation of the purpose of the evaluation, the evaluation principles, assessment and evaluation mechanisms, evaluation criteria, evaluation The use and the evaluation results. The body part is composed by six chapters and is organized as follows: Chapter 1: Introduction. Chapter 2: teacher professional development standards, the theoretical basis of the evaluation system of school-based training. Introduce this study some of the basic theories, such as Maslow's theory of psychological needs, teachers 'professional life stages of development theory, teachers' professional development standards, lay a solid theoretical foundation for further study. Chapter 3: current situation and existing problems of the Hangzhou area school-based training evaluation system. Chapter 4: Construction of the evaluation system of school-based training in teacher professional development standards.
