Abstract


With the gradual arrival of the information society, we need to develop all-round development of students, in order to enable them to adapt to the social needs and challenges of the 21st century. \Currently, many schools already have the basic equipment of information technology teaching, but teachers' IT teaching applications and school IT management application levels are not satisfactory and urgent need to improve the application of information technology capacity of the members of the school. Development as a school leader principals obliged by virtue of their positions and influence, capacity and action to assume such a responsibility to promote the formation of the atmosphere of the school of information technology, to promote the improvement of school all members of the information technology capacity, thus contributing to school information construction and development, and ultimately achieve the goal of improving the performance of the overall development of students. The papers detail to show the principals in the school informatization construction in what to do, how to do.
