Abstract


In recent years, as the socio-economic development, the demand for quality education is more and more intense, however, high-quality education resources are limited, this contradiction has led to a lot of educational inequities, a direct impact on social harmony and stability. Therefore, how to promote the balanced development of education, to promote equity in education become a major issue of education reform and development of. Lot of research on this issue, the research is a matter of opinion, but this particular object on the stage of basic education complete secondary school studies the basic blank. In view of this status quo, completely Secondary School educational resources in Guangdong Province balanced configuration. Summarize previous balanced education research based on the paper, according to the specific needs of the research, the preparation of a financial, human and material resources as an indicator of the outline of the survey, conducted a questionnaire study of selected research object. In order to understand the actual situation of the educational resources complete high school interscholastic Guangdong Province, the study on the basis of theoretical inquiry, each selected a complete secondary school in Guangzhou and Meizhou City, as a case study and analysis, and for the study found specific policy recommendations.
