Abstract


With the process of building the entire CNPC information technology continuouslypush forward, CNPC introduced an advanced management concepts, apply theinformation technology to transform traditional industries. Now CNPC has alreadypopularized and put in practice the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)， MES(Manufacturing Execution System) and its subsystems LabWare LIMS (Laboratory,information Management systems, hereinafter referred to as LIMS) and other largeinformation systems. With the pressure of chemical production market competitionincreasing, the CNPC headquarters, regional refinery production branch, salescompanies and customers particularly concerned about the quality of information on thepart of the high value-added chemical products.They want to co-ordinated manage theproduction and sale of chemical products, track the batches of chemical products qualityinformation and customer demands for quality information on the batches of chemicalproducts. However, ERP, MES and other information systems are independent, can notshare product data information, unable to meet user needs. So it is urgent to develop aset of chemical production batch quality tracking system, integrate the chemicalproduction quality data in information systems to meet user needs.Through the needs of research, needs analysis, technical investigation, thecomparison of domestic and international practice, to conduct a feasibility analysis onthe hardware and software conditions and the degree of information have beenfinished by the project team members,they put forword the clear objectives andtechnology roadmap, designed a business blueprint and system functions. Given thequality of product batch tracking system data sources diversification,users attentions arediverse, the system software is designed with the customers Web-based presentationlayer of the B/S architecture/application/data storage system of three-tierapplications. We will use the integrated development environment of Microsoft.VisualSource Safe.2005as development platform, adopt the team development model andapply the data integration technology of oracle. Through transformating the CNPC MESsubsystem LIMS system, developing the data integration interfaces, build a chemical product quality data integration platform based on LIMS.This system use information database as the carrier, build the quality of chemicalproducts batch tracking system, integrated the part of the static and dynamic data of therefining enterprise in LIMS system, including the user information, production qualityinspection information, electronic signature information, product quality informationand so on. The implementation of the system meets the needs of regional refiningsubsidiary, sales subsidiaries, the headquarters of the oil market demand, productionprocess control, product sales, track the quality of different aspects of informationmanagement. It ensure the effective integration of information resources and make otherinformation systems playing a greater role in business management.
