Abstract


Important responsibility century knowledge -oriented economy , the development of education determines the future destiny of the country , \, is promoting China's socialist modernization and sustainable development , to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation , foundation engineering . Uneven political and economic development under the conditions of the objective existence of limited educational resources that hinders the development of compulsory education in China is an important factor , and therefore ensure effective resource in the premise of investment in education , how to configure and use of the compulsory education resources to achieve rationalization , investment of resources to meet the growth in demand for education needs to obtain the maximum benefit with the optimal configuration problems countries are facing at this stage , but also the sustainable development of China's education the urgent need to address the problem . Compulsory education because of its particularity in the new social environment , facing many of the problems of development , and therefore based on national conditions , research and explore the great significance of compulsory education resource allocation problems . In this thesis, the domestic and international education and economic status quo as a starting point , rely on resource allocation theory as the theoretical framework . Pointed out by analyzing the status quo of China 's Education Resource Education Resource existence of non-equilibrium problems , identify constraints affecting factors , in-depth analysis and research of Education Resource for the main aspects of the problem to explore . Second , select the factor analysis , assessment and evaluation of the 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China as a sample configuration of Education Resource . Finally, combined with the previous analysis and evaluation of Education Resource status , proposed the promotion of compulsory education for sustainable development , and optimization of the relevant policy recommendations for compulsory education in the allocation of resources .
