The system is web application space management software based onJBoss-Seam architecture, mainly including three modules: configuration maintenance, spacemanagement and statistic reporting.Configuration maintenance module designs fourteen kinds of entities form, including theOccupants, Floor, Local, Place, Service. Administrator can make some operations toconfiguration data, such as add, modify, delete, query and view. The fourteen kinds of entitiesinterrelate and constraint each other by foreign key, communicating with the Oracle databasethrough the JBoss server using the EJB3container.Space management module implements the spatial planning and the match of Occupants(employees) and spatial location (such as a seat of the office). The former includes planningthe offices with names, areas, numbers, service and places. The latter arrange the seat ofOccupants based on time of contract, service. The statistics report is generated after searching by different items from lots of data inthe forms of lists and charts.
