Abstract


Gradually accelerate the pace of development of the rapid development of science and technology makes distance higher education , distance higher education in China since 1998 to carry out the pilot reform of modern distance education to date has 68 colleges and universities to actively carry out the pilot reform of the Network Education College , and made ??for all to see results, are being developed as the important force of higher education . But distance higher education in China started relatively late , in many respects, is try and exploratory stage , has not yet formed a teaching management system with its own characteristics , evaluation of distance higher education quality standards have not yet set down this , China has been conducting significant efforts to build a scientific and reasonable distance higher education quality assurance system , while the United States is the world's largest and practical experience and theoretical study of the development of quality assurance are more mature countries , distance education by China and the United States remote higher comparison of education quality assurance system , drawing on advanced and successful experience for our use , to gradually cultivate with the formation of quality security system suited to China's national conditions , in order to improve and enhance the quality of distance higher education in China . Based on this , the paper in Distance Higher Development of Sino-US introduce based on , the use of literature , comparative studies , the contents of the remote quality of higher education in China and the United States protect the main means of quality assurance and quality assurance countermeasures and elaborate and comparative analysis to find out the difference lies , to reveal the results of our remote protection of the quality of higher education process and the main problems , combined with China 's actual development , to protect and improve the quality of distance higher education in China recommendations.
