Abstract


A graduate education is a higher level of education in China, it’s also the way to culture high-degree people. Following the development of the society and the continuing need of high-degree people and the understanding and awareness of personal investment in higher education, the problem of education fee system is more and more cared by people. In recent years, with the expansion of large-scale post-graduate, postgraduate education fee is a general trend. America has formed a relatively reasonable fee system in more than 100 years. In addition, the relatively well-funded system to provide the basic protection, which make graduate education can develop healthily. But in China, the history of graduation is comparative short and education fee system is reforming and making perfect.This article elaborated the historical process of the charging system about China and USA, aiming at understanding the development of their respective background, paving the way for our country learn from the experience of doing a good job. On this basis, the exsiting graduate education fee system of China and USA were compared. Firstly, it introduced the post-graduate education in their respective charging system status and characteristics, mainly from the determination of standards, from the determination of standards, grants policy and so on, then sum up points in common and differences; Secondly, it analyzed charging system problems of post-graduate education, the two countries continuously improve the education fees is a common problem, it required the joint efforts of the governments. Looking for a more reasonable standard and basis of education fees must be required; Finally, according to various comparative analysis, American graduate education charging system can be seen, which has many advantages, there will be significance for our country.This article pointed out that our fee structure ideas and suggestions in final, such as:set up a variety of charges, the implementation of "sub-charging" system of education to adopt a flexible method, and improve funding system in order to Chinese post-graduate education so that the charging system more perfect, in order to promote the reform of training mechanism.
