Abstract


Since goods or product sold to end users, during and after a warranty period enterprise should provide all kinds of services. We call this kind of service is After-sales service. In a market economy, after-sales services is very important in the enterprise supply chain. Whether company can provide good service or not has become an important factor when consumers consider shopping or not shopping.Whether the enterprise can provide good after-sales service or not has become an important factor when consumers consider shopping. Good service can set up enterprise’s Brand awareness, it also can improve enterprise’s after-sales service abilities and help enterprise to Dominate the market. Good after-sales service has becoming enterprise’s one kind of competitiveness. Enterprise should set up the after-sales service system for itself, for manage and track their after-sales business. It is also can using the system to service consumers more efficiency, Improve the corporate image and the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, we research the business of enterprise after-sales service, discuss how to set up the information system to support after-sales service, finding the process of system development and solve key technology point of the system building. During this paper research we using the SOA architecture design, the Struts, Spring, Hibernate frameworks. Firstly we research the after-sales service business, find out the main function of the system. Secondly, using SOA architecture and ESB, finding out the service components. At last, analysis the after-sales service system functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Finally Design the system and realize the system and pass the system test.
