Abstract


In recent years , the parents to participate in school education has become an important trend in the development of the world of education , the U.S. parental involvement experienced a tortuous process involved in school management from participation in school education and gradually , gradually enter the school's decision-making . In this process , the United States of parents involved in school education is not only rich in content , but also the systematic system to protect and improve the organizational form . The quality of education in schools is good or bad depends largely on whether parents are actively and effectively participate in school education , less communication between the parents and the school , resulting in the differences of the concepts of education , parent participation in school education is not just in the form of demand forced but the need to enhance the quality of education in schools . Current participation in our parents narrow and deep enough, imperfect organization , policies and regulations are not sound . To solve these problems , the paper selected U.S. parent participation in school education as the research object . In this paper, the research methods of literature , case analysis on the operation mechanism under the impact of the various security systems in the United States , the U.S. parent involvement , such as the form of organization , the specific way , and through a San Francisco School District parents involved in the case , the demonstration schools on the importance of parents teaching resources , as well as parents actively involved in the school teaching on students' academic performance and individual socialization effective help . The main part of the thesis consists of four chapters : The first part focused combing U.S. parents to participate in school education , history , focusing on the analysis of a variety of reasons for American parents to participate in the development of school education ; second part is a deep level parse the theoretical foundation of American parents to participate in school education theoretical source of interpretation of American parents involved in the education system ; third part is elaborated from the system to protect U.S. parent involvement , organizational forms , and other aspects of American parents participate in school education practice activities ; through the San Francisco School District parents involved in the case , analysis parents to participate in school education practices . Last part of the U.S. parent participation in school education Enlightenment to China , to provide advice to our parents to participate in school education .
