Abstract


Propulsion as the basis for curriculum reform, education reform, teacher performance pay reform and social concern on teacher behavior, once overlooked the dedication of teachers, there is an urgent need to increase awareness and make more scientific rational judgment and Analysis. The teachers dedication Behavior can be divided into the role, two aspects of the role. Conducive to the organization of behavior in such terms of reference called organizational citizenship behavior. The concept of organizational citizenship behavior in enterprise rather broad, but relatively few studies of school organization. Secondly, the lack of integration of the theoretical framework for organizational citizenship behavior factors. Therefore, this article intends teacher organizational citizenship behavior intentions and behavior construct the model theory of planned behavior predictor variables included in the study on the basis of compulsory education segment teacher organizational citizenship behavior. This study tools include: teachers in compulsory education segment organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire, attitude questionnaire, subjective norms, questionnaire, perceived behavioral control questionnaire, organizational citizenship behavior intention questionnaires, social desirability scale. Study were 626 compulsory education teachers in Sichuan and Gansu. The study found that the obligation stage teachers' organizational citizenship behavior, there are more than one dimension, containing the active cooperation with colleagues, maintain the harmony of inside and outside the organization, and the courage to give schools advice or opinions of the four dimensions. Individual attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, intention can predict teachers' organizational citizenship behavior organizational citizenship behavior, constituted by the theory of planned behavior model can better explain the organizational citizenship behavior mechanisms. The results of this study show that: (1) the obligation in paragraph self teacher organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire and predictor variables questionnaire has good reliability, validity, and can be used as obligations segment teacher organizational citizenship behavior Mechanism tools. Obligations segments teachers there are four dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, basic theoretical models and empirical models can be fitted. Among them, the individual attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control better prediction of behavioral intention. Organizational citizenship behavior intentions can significantly the forecast the obligations segments teachers organizational citizenship behavior. (3) Teacher organizational citizenship behavior and its predictors part of the differences in the demographic characteristics of the teachers. Organizational citizenship behavior, teaching experience, marital status, titles three classification variables significant difference; individual attitude variables, teachers' demographic variables, no significant difference; subjective norms variable, different titles of the teachers in the presence significantly with differences ; perceived behavioral control, on education, job title, and whether there are significant differences in the individual school administrators three categorical variables; behavioral intention variables, different titles, the size of the school, whether part-time school administrators, teachers there are significant differences; and The research also found the obligations segment teacher organizational citizenship behavior and its predictors in the demographic variables on the performance of the two great middle small phenomenon.
