Abstract


Mianyang City, is a well-known the outstanding education leading City , but this does not mean that the education of all of the city schools are excellent, and across the country face the same situation , the education level of development differences between urban and rural areas are still very obvious . \The author of a survey through questionnaires and interviews , basic awareness and understanding of the status of Mianyang City, the urban and rural educational resources . Although a good the Mianyang private education development momentum , Mianyang education known as the \The teachers are the core of the educational resources , plays a critical role in the quality of education . In order to coordinate the configuration of the urban and rural teachers resources , Mianyang City also conducted a series of attempts : to carry out the training of teachers in rural areas , promote the rural teachers training base construction , increase rural teachers construction investment , the implementation of teacher exchanges . Found by analysis of the of these balanced Teacher Resource ways the current initiatives are still many problems .
