Abstract


It is an important measure for China, to deal with the new global militarysituation and achieve a great-leap-forward development for both national defense andarmed forces of China, by building computerized armed forces and winning in thecomputerization war. We need to focus on speeding up in process of realizing thecomputerization national defense mobilization potential survey system, depending onthe advanced technologies, computerizing the mobilization potential data and makingit a network, and assuring the timeliness and veracity of potential data. It will play animportant role in the national defense competition to improve the efficiency andsurvey effect by realizing the automating of national defense mobilization potentialdata.This paper elaborates the design and implementation of national defensemobilization potential survey system in terms of system needs analysis, systemplatform construction, system core technologies, particular design of the system andsystem testing, depending on the regulation and classification of the national defensemobilization potential survey, using the advanced and mature measure of softwaredevelopment and technologies.This paper elaborates the project’s background, the current domestic andinternational situation in details, the significance of the task construction and therelevant technologies needed by the system, and meanwhile, explicit the developingtool will be used by the system.This paper analyzes the national defense mobilization potential survey in thesystematic needs analysis phase, and assures the service function of the systemthrough making sure of content needs and building the software model within a shorttime by means of interviewing the users. And it will draw the data flow diagram and use case by using UML.After finishing analyzing the system’s need, we will design the system, makesure the design aim and principle elaborate the Internet development of the systemand draw the Internet framework of the system. We design the logical framework ofthe system by layering design.After finishing developing the system, we will test the system; test the unitfunctions and the whole system by means of unit testing and Black Box Testingrespectively. The result of the test will be output in form of testing report.In the National Defense Mobilization Potential Statistics and Survey System, wetake the E-map, on which all the function operation are achieved, as the basicsupporting platform, and we achieve the sharing and exchanging by WebService. TheE-map and WebService technology are both creative application in the survey ofNational Defense Mobilization Potential.This paper aims at realizing and improving the computerization of NationalDefense Mobilization Potential Survey and Management, and thus providing thetimely and effective information of national defense mobilization potential for thedirection of national defense war. The implementation of the National DefenseMobilization Potential Survey System will play a promotion role within the samefield.
