Abstract


Rural cooperative medical care is provided by our country farmer created their ownmutual medical insurance system, to protect farmers access to basic health services,alleviate the farmer poverty caused by diseases and play an important role. It is for allcountries in the world, especially the developing countries, the common problemsprovides a template, not only in the country by the welcome of farmer masses, but alsoin the international praise.This thesis selects the new rural cooperative medical information management asthe research object, the district in the new rural cooperative medical information systemdevelopment and implementation, for example, the new rural cooperative medicaltreatment according to the scale of the operation system in the requirement of modernnetwork technology on the basis of the research, and put forward the argument andmeets the requirements of the full system network planning and design, reasonable tomeet the needs of the user network and the equipment selection, effective guarantee thesystem reliability, expansibility and manageability.Puts forward C/S/S three C/S architecture, three layer structure in logic into userlayer and data layer, of which the user layer is responsible for users to interact with, theapplication layer is responsible for business logic, the data layer is responsible forinformation access, ensure the correctness and reliability of data transmission; Systemdesign using IC card to the user’s identity as agricultural insurance vouchers andelectronic purse, this thesis expounds how these according to the operation of the ICcard through a modeling into a public IC card modules, provide other subsystems,through the form of component interfaces for its call; This thesis focus on the interfacesystem of agricultural insurance data processing and exchange of, through the interfacesoftware to realize agricultural insurance system and the hospital system safety andefficient connection, realize the farming keeps data and hospital management system ofexchange; According to a hospital surely needs to be in the existing based on HIS, the oracle flow copy to solve the YaoPinKu farmers and diagnosis and treatment of programdata synchronization problem, and solved the problem of heterogeneous database.
