Abstract


The liberalization of trade in services is developed on the basis of economic globalization , trade liberalization in the service sector . Since the reform and opening up , China has gradually embarked on the road of market economy and the liberalization of trade in services , and has made considerable progress . As the service sector employment elasticity , the level of trade in services , a wide range of employment o'clock , and the liberalization of trade in services is an inevitable trend and characteristics , is to facilitate trade in services through the development of employment a good way . From a practical point of view of the development of service industry and service trade , China has joined the WTO, the rapid increase of foreign investment into the service industry , providing a huge potential and development space for the development of the service sector and service sector employment . Liberalization of trade in services is the means by which affect the services sector , the service industry sub-sectors open their own employment impact is what we urgently need to address the problem . In this background , based on the traditional theory of the employment impact of trade liberalization mechanism , combined with China 's liberalization of trade in services status and service industry employment status of , respectively, from the aspects of the overall situation , by industry , the relevant systems and trends objective analysis , and efforts to find out from the industrial structure , and other barriers to trade and investment , China's service trade liberalization affect the means of employment in the service sector , build a liberalization of trade in services and service sector employment strategy adapted system . On the basis of the above studies , the use of Eviews6.0 timing analysis and cross-sectional analysis , come to our country's dependence on trade in services and export dependence , import dependence on the services sector is positively related to the service sector 's capital investment on employment is negatively correlated ; simultaneously compare the impact of the liberalization of China's service sub-sectors in the different periods of their employment , to draw traditional service industries such as transportation of export dependence on its impact on employment , finance, computer information and communications, construction and professional services in the field of export dependence on employment but negative correlation , then put forward constructive views to guide the progress of the liberalization of trade in services , and efforts to promote the services sector , to solve our country is facing difficult employment problem .
