Abstract


Family planning is a basic state policy of China, vigorously implement the policy for China's economic development, social progress and create a good population environment, but deprived of family planning in the traditional family pension resources, especially in the social old-age security is not sound rural family planning households facing higher pension risk. Country is to see a family planning policy to implement the negative impact of family planning, rural couples, issued a series of rewarding and supporting system, and encourage all localities to carry out family planning according to the actual situation in the construction of old-age insurance to protect the elderly couple of family planning in rural areas life. The study reviewed previous research on family planning pension insurance, and their need for family planning from the rural old-age insurance, rural family planning system of rewarding and supporting farmers' pension from the role of rural family planning pension security form aspects of the relevant literature is reviewed and a brief evaluation. Based on this analysis the pension problems faced by rural families in China, the main challenges facing the traditional family and land endowment, the slow development of rural social endowment insurance, rural part of family planning in reward system there are some flaws. To solve these problems, China has also explored a rural family planning with local characteristics such as the Yuqing mode, Qingdao mode, the Shaoxing mode, Dongguan mode pension insurance practice mode, these modes of great help to the pension. Explore how to play to the advantages of family planning pension insurance, overcome its defects, has important implications for the protection of the elderly living in rural areas and maintain social stability in rural areas.
