The final task of moral education is to shape the personality and the formation of character. At present, moral education in our country mainly focused on the cognitive education, but in different extent, neglecting the cultivation of university students’ moral emotion, which objectively detrimental to college students’ healthy personality moulding and cultivation. In view of this, based on the college students’ moral emotion dimensions and characteristics, grasp the created general process of university students’ moral emotion , improve college moral education’s content and the method, promote the university students’ moral emotion raise, become the university moral education’s course selection.There are many problems of the current moral emotion on students: Although concern the self-development, but the main feeling slightly lost; Although desire contacts, but human emotional is shown slightly indifferent; Although pay attention to the social development, but social emotional slightly rebellious; Although have ecological consciousness of suffering, but lack of the necessary fear feeling of natural. University’s moral education owe perfect, moral educator role of limited play, college students’own problems, and the negative influence in moral education environment are inseparable for these problems. Therefore, to successfully develop moral emotions, improve the education system is the precondition, improve the college moral educator’s quality is the key, develop the students’ self education ability is the fundamental, optimize the environment of moral education is the guarantee.
