As China’s economic and political reform process gradually accelerate, China’sfinancial system is also entered the reform tide. As the foundation of the financialindustry, healthy development of banking business determine the situation of China’sfinancial market even the economic. Credit business is one of the oldest andfundamental businesses in banking businesses, credit culture which derived by creditbusiness shows the fate of a bank in current economic situation.In today’s society, culture management has become the most advancedmanagement concept, culture is the soft power of the enterprise, and it plays anirreplaceable important role in leading the direction of enterprise development andconcentrating the power of struggle. It is the root of enterprise survival, developmentof the soul and the source of vitality.Government-owned commercial bank is established earlier, after years ofexploration, it has accumulated some experience in the credit culture, a clearhierarchy and exhibit different emphases in different stages of social development. Italso formed the credit concept, credit principle, management system and codes ofconduct which management and all the credit officers to abide.Agricultural Development Bank of China as the only agricultural policy bank inChina, its credit culture has the commonality of general commercial banks, but alsohas the particularity of policy banks. As a policy bank, it has its particularity anddevelopment course, the reasons for the development of the national macroeconomicalso plays a special role. In combination with the specific historical background ofChinese socialism, as well as the primary stage of needs a reality of socialism withChinese characteristics, the study of the bank’s credit culture has important practicalsignificance. Based on the Agricultural Development Bank of China, branch of Jilin provinceas the research object, the cultivation of credit culture carried on thorough research,on top of analysis the current situation of bank credit culture and the existingproblems, the relevant measures of cultivating credit culture are also put forward.This article mainly divides into four chapters:Chapter One: First introduce the background of the research on the credit cultureof Agricultural Development Bank of China, Jilin province branch. Then summarizethe objective and purpose of the research, finally explains the main content of thisresearch.Chapter Two: Analyze of the connotation, hierarchy and influencing factors ofcredit culture and the development history of commercial Bank’s credit culture hasbeen introduced.Chapter Three: First discusses the development course and characteristics of thebank credit culture. Second conduct in-depth study on the current saturation of thecredit culture development and existing problem, then analyzes the reasons of theexistence of the problem.Chapter Four: Conduct details analysis on cultivating the credit culture in termof four aspects including the consciousness, basic principles, main focus and buildmechanism of credit culture.All in all, this article analyzes the bank credit culture from two aspects; bankcredit culture commonality and particularity as a policy bank. The researchparticularly focuses on constructing and improving the credit culture, shows itsirreplaceable and special significance, on the other hand, optimizes it according to themarket’s progress and the development of financial deepening. Try to find theshackles which block the credit system development drive by the bank credit culture,and learn from the advanced experience of the mature credit culture model ofcommercial banks. Take the essence to the scums, contribute to the furtherimprovement of the credit culture of Agricultural Development Bank.
