Abstract


The problems of rural areas, agriculture and farmers are still important issues in China's economic and social development, has been the focus of the government and academics. Solution of the \Fishing villages, fisheries and fishermen is one of the \Development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf fishing village and is closely related to the construction of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, Beibu Gulf fishing village, fishermen affluent Beibu Gulf construction of the strategic goals to realize. The Strengths Perspective is a new perspective to the field of social work profession has a meaning of \Strengths Perspective stressed whether individuals or communities have the potential advantage of resources can be developed, the Strengths Perspective Community development is focused on the advantages, potential and achievements of the community, think these neglected advantages, potential and achievements in the development of the final promote the development of the community. In this paper, based on the understanding of issues related to study dynamic combination of field research and literature, the use of the advantages of the social work perspective, ground angle SL community north mirage Case, Guangxi Beibu Gulf fishing village Community Development analysis and research, and put forward a strategy to promote the development of their communities, trying to explore new path Strengths Perspective Guangxi Beibu Gulf fishing village Community Development.
