Abstract


With the rapid development of higher vocational and technical education, Higher Vocational Colleges have become half of the country in higher education, which is an inevitable tendency in the need of social development and scientific technological progress to higher education. To promote sustainable development of higher vocational education, to complete national and social task to higher vocational education, which is training high-qualified , skilled talents in production、construction、service、management first line, we must exploit a new road conforming to Chinese characteristics of cooperation between colleges and enterprises; cooperation education; cooperation employment; cooperation development. At present, there has been a striking problem in the process of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in Chinese Higher Vocational Colleges, which is the disconnection between campus culture and enterprise culture, which has become the main choke point of Higher Vocational Colleges’constructing unique vocational characteristic campus culture.At the present stage, in promoting the fusion between campus culture and enterprise culture, Higher Vocational Colleges pay more attention to the material fusion, ignore the spiritual fusion, which leads the split of two cultures; campus culture lack“characteristic”in the fusion, which leads the convergence of two cultures; the fusion between campus culture and enterprise culture lacks a long-term planning, which leads the cultural alienation; the campus culture of Higher Vocational Colleges doesn’t know develop the useful and discard the useless in the fusion of enterprise culture, which leads cultural vulgarization.From the connections and distinctions between higher vocational colleges’campus culture and enterprise culture as a entry point, the article analyses the necessities and possibilities of their fusion in detail, by the present situation and the existing problems of higher vocational colleges’campus culture and enterprise culture construction as a standing point, I combine the teaching practice in Higher Vocational Colleges, on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign advanced experience and theoretical results of higher vocational colleges’campus culture construction, put forward guiding principles, ideas of fusion as well as ways and methods of the fusion between higher vocational colleges’campus culture and enterprise culture, for promoting deep fusion between campus culture and enterprise culture, constructing higher vocational campus new culture with the characteristic of“high”“vocational”, the article undertook beneficial exploration. For enhancing the core competitiveness of Higher Vocational Colleges, completing higher vocational education’s target of cultivating high-qualified and skilled talents, promoting the close cooperation between school and enterprise, realizing spanning development of higher vocational education, the article provided strong support.
