Abstract


The several-years-development of internet has completely changed the life styleof human beings. However, the traditional internet is marching the people to peopleinteraction times represented by SNS from the interaction between human being andmachine. As the new tool attracting udders, guiding the behavior of user informationand satisfying user’s diverse needs, SNS has become one of the major methods toconstruct the library.Since SNS becoming the new favorite of Web2.0Era, peoplenever stop discussing and applying SNS’ influence on library and extension on libraryservice. For library, SNS, no matter its contents or construction of relations, hasprovided the unprecedented opportunity for the extension of library informationservice. How to take advantage of SNS to widen the horizon, conduct service,integrate resources for library and eliminate the negative effect of SNS itself havebecome the important research subject for the library.This paper has combined the practical condition of the library in Party School toestablish a platform based on Visual Studio2010. Besides, it also establishes SNSapplication system of background database, provide the system structure and modelclassification of this system and explain the realization of various functional modelsby using SQL Server2008with ASP.NET+C#as the development language. Throughthis system, we can integrate the collection and electronic resources in library andprovide a platform of communicative interaction for users, which can mobilize users’activeness and promote their loyalty. It can be realizing the platform which isuser-centered and emphasizing knowledge sharing by use the Party School librarySNS system,and the system can enhance the Party School library service quality,andimpel Party School library to better perform its functions.
