Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, China's rural poverty action not only made great achievements in the world's widely recognized and appreciated, and, after a long period of exploration, practice, after the form of relief, development-oriented poverty alleviation models are gradually formed with Chinese characteristics protection of rural poverty alleviation models - governmental non-profit organizations of the poor farmers. Nonprofit organizations to protect the type of anti-poverty model the high targeting it to help the poor rate, high success rate, and the concept of innovation and flexibility in the way, the effectiveness of the services, in particular, is consistent with the objectives of goals and social security organizations such features is actively involved extensively in the past to protect the type of poverty alleviation. However, to protect the type of pro-poor development is not yet ripe for the early stages of the non-profit organization is facing from the government, the society, as well as their many practical obstacles, the advantage of the non-profit organization in the field of poverty alleviation is not fully embodies seriously affect the efficiency of its poverty alleviation and effectiveness. Relative to the important role of non-profit organizations in poverty alleviation and its reality difficulties encountered, the domestic academic non-profit organization helping the poor behavior is very scarce, and Countermeasures system and depth is even more rare. Critical stage of transformation in today's China's poverty reduction strategy mode, the neglect of the study of the non-profit organization helping the poor behavior and shortcomings, not only does not help people to correctly understand and evaluate the role of non-profit organizations in the poverty alleviation work and role, more important, may affect the smooth progress of poverty alleviation in our protection. Therefore, in the early stages of our country to protect the type of anti-poverty, especially in the non-profit organization of commercial operation has become a global trend and explore the commercialization mode of operation of the non-profit organization helping the poor is in line with the trend of the times, but also has a the great theoretical research value and practical significance. The non-profit organization involved in the protection-type poverty alleviation is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the theoretical basis of the non-profit organization involved in the protection type poverty alleviation, including the definition, the introduction of the theory and research status collate and summarize; second part of the analysis and evaluation of the non-profit organization helping the poor to participate in protection type practice introduces manifested advantage of the non-profit organization in the process and the real obstacles encountered; Part III, based on text analysis of the advantages and obstacles, propose a new way out of the non-profit organization involved in the protection type poverty alleviation, from the service object (C), the activities of the Organization (O), property resources (R), participants (P), service (S) five aspects of business transformation, the implementation of the commercialization of the anti-poverty operation. This part of the main analysis in the early stages to protect the type of anti-poverty, non-profit organization positive significance and the feasibility of commercialization of anti-poverty, and at the same time to establish a non-profit organization based on the operation of the process of commercialization of anti-poverty CORPS model; fourth part, the use of CORPS to build the model from the target (C), organizational activities (O), property resources (R), participants (P), service (S) angle mode of operation of the commercial non-profit organization involved in the protection type poverty alleviation, and China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation project as an example of small loans to make more targeted advice and recommendations in clear non-profit organization involved in protection type poverty alleviation program of commercial operation at the same time, in order to achieve the non-profit organizations to maximize the benefits of the process in gradually alleviate and eliminate poverty in rural areas.
