Abstract


Along with computer technology as well as Internet/Intranet rapid development, at present majority enterprise and Government department already established the Intranet system using the mature Web technology and the present commonly used browser/server computation pattern. Similarly in water supply profession, the use of information technology has been the necessary way to strengthen the strategy efficiency of the water supply enterprises by collecting and processing the information of water making, supplying, management and service promptly possible.At present many domestic and foreign water supply enterprises also have established business management computer system. But the systems based on client/server pattern (C/S) occupy the majority. And most systems only process copying water meter and charging. The systems that cover the integrity business management service and comprehensive integrated the flow of newspaper attire and opening a bank account, the user management, copying water meter and charging, bill management, water meter entire life cycle management and other function module only occupies minority. Along with the scale of enterprise daily expansion and the complex degree of application procedures unceasingly enhances, the traditional client/server has gradually exposed it’s shortcoming. The users can register this system to work on the line in any position security using Web browser. The customer end of browsing homepage does not need to install any other software.In structural design aspect, the business management system developed by this topic mainly constructs using the three level application system portal frame construction which based on the XML and.NET module. The concrete structure level of this system basically divides into four levels. This system has already succeeded application to many water supply enterprises. The practice proved that this system has played a very important and positive role for enterprise’s informational construction and development. Along with the computer technology as well as Internet/Intranet unceasing development, this system will unceasingly utilize the new technology to makeup own shortcoming and the insufficiency and will unceasingly renew and consummation using the new technology consummates to adapt the future water supply enterprise’s demand.
