In this thesis, the daily work of the education officers and the general staffs inpetroleum field training are researched, and their business processes are sort out, andthen the architecture of the system is planned, this system are developed by theASP.NET programming techniques and SQL Server database finally. The systemincludes a number of functional modules, the main function constitute of teachingresources management, curriculum information management, course informationmanagement, lesson plan information management, the announcement informationmanagement, document management, contact management, mail management, usermanagement module, the sign of information management. The curriculum informationmanagement includes the entry and maintenance of curriculum information, courseinformation management includes course information entry and maintenance, lessonplan management includes entry and maintenance of lesson plans, e-mail managementmodule includes sending e-mail, Outbox, Inbox and Drafts, the user managementmodule includes the management of user information, addition or deleting of users and changing the password.This thesis introduces the system user needs analysis, overall design, databasedesign, system development and testing process of the petroleum field training officemanagement system in detail, the main function modules of the system design andimplementation are fully described, and the key techniques of realization are alsodiscussed
