Abstract


With the development of technology, TV industry is changing from the simulation television time to the digital television time, and TV services are changing from monthly charging to the multi-services. Now, Digital TV operations involved the network operator, the content provider, the service provider and the technical provider, as well as variety services.To benefit the market development and the customer service demand, the digital TV operation support system is urgently needed.The paper describes the development situation of the digital TV operation support system and analyses the service and technical problems of the software and hardware system which should be solved. According to software engineering idea, the essay provides the function requirement of the digital TV operation support system. The detailed design and key technique of the digital TV operation support system are provided, such as system function module and interface, system reliable, system extendable etc.The software and hardware architecture of OSS is based on the three-tier framework of B/S and the extendable designing idea,so the service management and support system interface is more universal and flexible. At last, based on J2EE and Struts technology, for core business flow, such as subscribing products, marketing strategy, unique service flow record, timing task, has carried on the analysis and implementation.The effect of project implementation prove that the system can offer reliable and quick service.
