Qingdao Guoxin is a modern sports venues with a huge ticket organization, more service projects, a large amount of information, the traditional manual venue ticket management is cumbersome and complex process, low efficiency in implementation and easy to make mistakes. Therefore, it needs to design and implement the venue ticket management system for Qingdao Guoxin Sports Company, through the venue ticket management system of Sports Company to improve the efficiency work of ticket management.In the development process of venue ticket management system of Qingdao Guoxin Sports Company, we always use the object-oriented analysis and analysis of demand with the design idea, to object-oriented design for each function, use J2EE technology system as technology, use design idea of MVC to a multilayer architecture design, the whole system is divided into six functional levels:client layer, presentation layer, business logic layer, management logic layer, network communication layer, to achieve the separation of data and view, making the system have scalability, maintainability from the technology, use of JSP and struts in foreground and use of JAVA development as background, it can realize rapidly develop and implement, it also can provide great convenience on use maintenance to the ticket management system and development of business as well as the new function expansion in Qingdao Guoxin Stadium.To analyze the venue booking management process in this paper firstly, break the whole process into several parts of foreground booking function, administrator background function and conductor background function, to do a more detailed case analysis for each part. To achieve the main reservation function, including below functions:foreground user registration, selected date appointment, background reservation query, provide tickets, telephone booking, default option revision (ahead of reservation days, reservation days, reservation number of people, opening and closing management in a certain data, closing data, holiday, background user adding, password modification) and so on. It can complete the definition for the system function. Use multi-layer design in the system technology, detailed discussed the hierarchical structure design and level of interaction. The flow diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram and many other kinds of ways are used in the functional design and to do a detailed design for the main function. Finally, using multiple screenshots describes the system implementation, and also describes the key technologies used in the system.The manpower and management cost reduced after the venue ticket management system of Qingdao Guoxin Sports Company design and implementation. Improve venue services and management, to establish the efficient information transmission and service platform, improving the information transmission rate and utilization rate.
