Abstract


For the last decade, with the continuous development of telecommunicationstransmission network and business types, the type of network and transmissiondevices are growing rapidly, but telecom provider can hardly know the whole networkresources and their usage timely and accurately. At the same time, in mosttelecommunication companies, the circuit operation is transmitted to the operatingunits in fixed flow by fax or office automation system, which can not update andimprove resource utilization effectively and dynamically to achieve rapid adjustmentto market demands.Telecom Transmission Circuit Dispatching System is an effective solution toabove problems and now the system is gaining more and more attentions andbecoming one of the indispensable supporting system．Hunan Branch of China MobileCommunications Group has established a special project team of Circuit DispatchingManagement System, which aims to design a functional and future-oriented circuitscheduling management system, greatly reducing the time period of the circuitoperation.Based on a wealth of information and reference for similar systems of other unitsin telecommunications industry, the author gives full consideration to the wireless,switching, billing and other related needs and designed a circuit SchedulingManagement System on the basis of AJAX technology.This paper first analyzes the telecommunication network transmission circuitprinciple and system requirements scheduling; Secondly, it proposes atelecommunication network transmission circuit dispatching management systemstructure based on AJAX technology and object-oriented design method, mainlyincluding the transmission circuit scheduling system of physical structure andsoftware architecture; Then, this paper expounds the design and realization oftransmission circuit droved by process scheduling. Finally, it gives the applicationeffect combined with the actual application design system.This system has been test run in Chenzhou and Hengyang successfully in October2010and will be promoted comprehensively to other cities in Hunan province.
