Abstract


With the continuous development of information technology in the manufacturing sector , its application in various fields has also been promoted. Some domestic large and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises , manufacturing of information technology and management of information technology has been applied to obtain better benefits ; However , for most of the discrete manufacturing enterprises , workshop information technology or a relatively weak link workshop production site conditions are difficult to accurate , timely , and reliable feedback to the management of the enterprise , greatly influence the corporate management decisions in a timely manner and rationality . Enterprise management communicate production operating instructions to the shop floor to the same problem . The existence of these problems makes discrete manufacturing shop floor manufacturing process information management more difficult . This paper is in the analysis of the problems to exist in discrete manufacturing shop on-site data collection methods . Its proposed purpose of the research and development of a lower-cost , easy operation , data acquisition , and production operations command is given the function of the data acquisition system . This paper first analyzes the demand of data acquisition system in discrete manufacturing workshop , as well as workshops in a variety of data types , combined with the MES to the overall framework of the entire data acquisition system . Then , according to the data acquisition system to achieve the function , design and development of a data logger . The data acquisition design the man-machine interface , and has two optional Ethernet and ZigBee wireless network communication network can be flexibly configured according to the shop floor . Based on the completion of the data acquisition hardware design , the development of a data acquisition application software system . In addition , the monitoring layer , by using Visual Basic 2005 and SQL Server2000 development and design of the PC monitoring software , the monitoring software for receiving and processing workshop collected field data , and provides the data to the MES system ; through it realized the production operating instructions issued. Finally, the integration of the entire data acquisition system to verify its feasibility through experiments . Workshop in the enterprise through the system , so as to establish a complete and efficient discrete manufacturing shop floor data collection and production operations command issued system . Provides the basis for the realization of discrete manufacturing management of information technology workshop .
