Abstract


Through a large number of visits and research, we found in many small and medium sized business units, document management and retrieval are still using manual methods, which cannot satisfy the demand. It is urgent to develop an efficient document management retrieval system.This paper used the TINJIN LAND PURCHASE CENTER FOR STRUCTURE ADJUSTMENT as the main object of research; analyze its document management and retrieval. Design architecture and processes of the system, and achieve it. Based on the fuzzy query and full-text index of database, used the secondary memory retrieval methods, and designed the document retrieval algorithm which meets the demand of the system. The algorithm improves the efficiency and accuracy of retrieval effectively.This paper analyzes the commonly used technology in development of web site and information management systems, including software framework, coding languages, data technology. Consider of the actual situation of the system, described the standard three-tier B / S structure in the system, the development platform of Microsoft Visual Studio .NET , the C# development language, and the database of SQL Server 2005. Analyses the demand and design the system with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Describe the achievement of the system, especially describes the structure of the database and the key algorithms. Design the fault-tolerant backup solution, and the recovery Strategy.After the system development work completed, the system had been tested. The results show that the system achieved the design requirements, and it will satisfy the basic file management and retrieval work of the small and medium business.
