Abstract


With the rapid development of modem commercial banking business recently, and government policy has open to the foreign banks step by step, more and more global banks have increase their investment in China mainland. Of cause the income foreign banks will compete with domestic banks in all aspects. Although traditional nationalized commercial banks or joint-stock commercial banks take the advantages of large customer base, widely distributed network and habits of local customers, foreign banks still has their competitiveness and attractive, like the concept of customer first, advanced management and business mode. They provide more choice to local customer and bound to divert part of the customers. As local financial giant, how to actively use their own resources and advantages, constantly improve their competitiveness and dare to go aboard, china’s financial industry is facing an urgent problem. In order to achieve from the traditional business model to the changing pattern of global commercial banks, need the direction of customer experience and new business-oriented products, local banks should establish a set of replicated business mode, helping them develop new markets and layout the world quickly and efficiently. It provides strong theoretical and practical support to decision makers for their effective decisions.Base on the analysis of existing traditional banking business model, focus on the core part of banking system interface between frontend and backend, we deeply excavate the re-design and re-optimized message format from business functions. Firstly we analyze the correlation of personal banking and corporate banking business, integrate those reusable function blocks, and separate their particular parts, follow up the Services Oriented Architecture concept, design and achieve the new message format. Finally, we use the customer experience-based test methods to demonstrate. Through the use of a combination of the above steps, It solve the challenges of traditional commercial banks new business development cycle long and slowly open up new market. It’s possible that managers can adjust management policy and operational direction timely according to the ever-changing market. It also can guide the state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks to the international market.
